If you want to become a new customer of Canyon Nursery use the same method and ‘Contact Us’ with the appropriate information.
Terms and Conditions Payment on purchases prior to shipping is required on all new accounts. Once credit has been established the following apply:
Order cancellations cannot be accepted once plant material is dug.
Product Claims Claims regarding incorrect counts must be noted on the Bill of Lading. All other claims will receive consideration only when submitted to Canyon Nursery in writing within 10 days of delivery. Any claims of damage incurred during transportation should be made with the transportation company.
Guarantee Our nursery stock is warranted to be true to name. All sales are made with the understanding that the seller is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage incurred by the buyer. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.
Our order acceptance (Order Acknowledgment) and liability is subject to crop growing conditions and availability.
